Totally mad or just focused?

So that’s a question you have to ask yourself, I would like to think I know what is expected of , I know and understand any surgery has its risks and what I desire isn’t mainstream at all
But I still thing an older guy will desire what I’m overing, this for is the I’ve wished for all my life, I so admire the female form I really want that neat profile down
During play I’ve developed as a first it was just about and my feelings but before long I understood it not about , chastity has a way of playing with your mind in a way I don’t yet
Understand, I do know I’vto e desired being sissy for so long, so this is a huge thing for and a commitment from you, know you guys aren’t into commitment !!
So what I ask of you is to remove my desire once and for all. I know my choice isn’t for everyone as the surgery will keep me untouchable for at least 6 weeks so oral while I heal
Once I heal then I’m yours as you please over time I will develop a more feminine form, if your into a sissy who<b> desires </font></b>to become more feminine and wants to take care of her man
