Grocery stores are such rip offs
I wanted to smoke ribs this weekend. So when I was at the grocery store I looked at the back ribs. I prefer the naturally raised meats. A pack of 2 $20.43. I wanted 4 racks, so I look at the single racks, $22.78. Does that really add up? So I walk away without ribs. Go to my favorite<b> meat </font></b>store, get 4 racks for $27. This a small<b> meat </font></b>store that brings in locally grown naturally raised<b> meat.</font></b>

 Smoker gets lit in an hour. Cant wait for dinner. Ribs are a part of my Death Row Meal. Not that I am on death row. But they would be if I were.

 Buy country style boneless ribs ..but I'm from Kansas.

 Yummy. They came clean off the bone. Seasoned, smoked 2 hrs, wrapped in foil with loal apple juice for 2 hourd, then sauced and into the smoker for another hour without smoke.
