Naked Yoga... Everything is better when naked!

Last week while traveling I did something for the first time, it was HOT YOGA. I have never even done regular yoga so it was definitely a new experience. Though I really did bad at it I do feel I got a little better at the end of the second day of doing it. Now I am back home doing my regular workouts and decided to add yoga to my regimen. Being sweaty already I just took off all my clothes and tried to redo everything we did last week. It was actually enjoyable so I think I will be repeating more often now.

So have you ever done something different while naked?

 Yoga is a great addition to the workout. Can't say I've ever done naked yoga. Sounds like it could be fun with the right lady. I'll add it to my bucket list.

There were definitely some ladies in that hot yoga class that I would have loved to have seen doing naked yoga. That would have given the old heart a really good workout.
