The Truth about Transsexuals First of all, lets set things straight. A Transexual is different from a Crossdresser (CD). CD’s are a different community. Transexuals probably started out as a CD, but Transexuals have gone further. I have many friends in the CD community and respect them for their lifestyle and the pleasure they achieve from crossdressing. Whereas most CDs are limited in choices for so many reasons, Transexuals have been able to journey down the path to total feminization. Now, about Transexuals; We are not all sex addicts. Yes, sexuality plays a large part in our decision to Transition but after a Transexual gets to the level of womanhood they comfortably want, they mostly have a normal sex drive. The exception, in my experience, there has been a slight increases in sexual desire probably a side effect of hormone therapy. This is normal. Let’s not ignore the fact that being able to make love as a woman is the goal of most of us Transexuals. Please don’t confuse Porn images of Transexuals as real like. We take very good care of our bodies. It’s like getting a new car. You wash it, shine it and show it off. It took a lot of work to get here and we are proud of what we have achieved. We tend to groom/dress better than most women. Looking as good as we can is important to us. I have never met a sloppy Transexual. Taking the time to groom ourselves properly is a pleasure much more than necessary. Finding that out of place eyebrow hair or making sure my nails are done well is just part and parcel of our new life. We have jobs. Far and away, the vast majority of us Transexuals, work for a living. A few may be Kept Women or have a but most of us are hard working women. Not in Porn or but average jobs. We don’t have spontaneous sex. Speaking for myself and some others I’ve asked. we take up to 2 hours to get ready for a date. We just can’t drop everything and run out the door for a quickie. We need more time than natural women to prepare ourselves properly. We have interests besides sex. Just like all other people, we have things we enjoy besides sex. We are no different when it comes to spare time and doing things we enjoy. I recently met a Transexual that is a hospital volunteer on the weekends. Did you ever think about that? We enjoy life outside the bedroom. Yes, some of us still have a penis. Total Transition varies widely among Transexuals. For various reasons, some of us do not not have gender reassignment surgery. Most of us are not wealthy like Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner (estimated wealth $100Million) thus the expense is an issue. For others it could be religion, fear of surgical procedures or sexual preference (being a top). A lot of us have boyfriends or husbands and even some have wives. Yes, we have companions we share our life with. We are not sex crazed zombies roaming the streets looking for sex. A sexual encounter outside a relationship is just as normal for a Transexual as a man or woman may have a fling outside a marriage. There, I said it! Jan |
