Small city versus Dallas

We have noticed that when we change our profile and go into Dallas to play the number of playmates we meet and play with exponentially explode! Not in the way you would think either. Yes there are more people in Dallas but no one seems to flake on our dates like in East Texas. The last time we went to Dallas to play we had one person cancel on us after agreeing to meet. Here in east texas...about 90% dont follow through. Is it because of fears they cant overcome or something else?
Anyone have an answer?

 I believe Dallas has practiced having an open and tolerant sexual society so the residents are more open & willing. I'm a transplant from California and I see and deal with people quite often that are very open minded so as long as you are honest with iyour ntentions and clear with what you expect & desire, your hookup ratio will always be pretty high
