Life is too short to suffer rudeness and fools gladly. She may have had "issues" as you Americans call them, but that is not your problem. A little courtesy and pleasantness go a long way in life - not just in such personal services.

I am surprised how dumb some service providers are. She just lost a good customer who is at best not going to recommend them to others or at worst actively tell people how bad they are. So either way they lose out. In this case just because she could not keep her mouth shut. Crazy !

good for you!!! you know...they are getting paid to serve you...that's a professional...and we go to get massage to feel better inside out...and she should not be calling us fatty...i am proud of who i am, how i look, but the professional need not judging me...she should serve me, and i will pay for her service...that's it...so if she can't do her job? yah...go somewhere else...i would really leave my honest review on those review site, too...

You did the right thing, but I would have added a call to her telling her that you are now going to someone else for the same service and why! If they dont know why they lose a customer, they will never change !

When you are paying someone for a service you don't want to hear their opinion unless you ask. She should expect you to go elsewhere when she opens her mouth and insults a paying customer. In my opinion she is not happy with herself so she puts other people down. I have thick skin myself and let most go in one and out the other but some things are not appropriate and I would have gone somewhere else as well. In my opinion you are a great person and sexy as hell.

I'm not tolerant of poor customer service. I rarely give second chances unless the service they're providing is irreplaceable. So far... the only person who's qualified... is my fucking mechanic.
