We are aware of what we eat most of the time!

So highly processed foods we know are bad for us ..but why do we keep on eating it? Well it tastes good and its cheap thats the main reason ...we really have a bit of an idea what goes in the process of making it ..or do we?
I visit my doctor very regularly because i have to , we always have a good rousing about food, healthy eating and of course what goes into ultra processed foods.. he most generally doesn't hold back , and when he needs to eat certain foods or not to eat certain foods...I can tell by the of pain i have in my missing leg , and i know i ate something that does not always like it has any type of nasty ingredients.. in foods we eat mostly carbs create pain and nerve pain is very, very...well painful.
I visited my brother and wife yesterday and was invited to stay for lunch..Potato salad , chicken tenders , pickles which were homemade and breads...i am not into breaded anything or breads period...I had two small pieces of chicken and potato salad ...when i was done my nerves started to crawl in the missing leg stump..pain i knew was imminent and yep it came ..The breading on the chicken did it...
So when i did visit my doctor he said to me...remember this ...beef , poultry, fish, eggs and vegetables....thats what you need to eat...stay away from man made products ...those products he suggested are all natural products ...no one can screw up them unless you put extra things in them....real butter is supposed to take the place of marjarine ..i was through a couple of processing plants that make weiners and bologna....wanna know what goes in them? chicken nuggets ? nasty stuff! i never eat from a can unless i am making chili...whats needed to make chili you cant get away from the tomato sauce...I also eat alot of sauerkraut but i eat it just as it comes..its cabbage water and salt....and seeing i dont have a salt shaker to my name i get it from my sauerkraut....
I never eat any fast food , i have my own fresh hamburg if i want a burger, i also like my home made fries , diced and tossed with spices baked in the oven...i do eat my burger with one half of a bun...thats only like once every two weeks , and the effects are minimal , so no sweat there...Lol Just a small glimpse into my eating habits ...just for fun

What do you avoid or eat that makes you feel crappy ? Do wieners or bologna and processed packaged meats give you headaches?

Have some cheap burger patties at the shop and you can feel there made cheap. they Hit your stomach like a rock. you feel weight in your guts trying to break it down. Now I don't buy any processed or pre made meats. patties and rissoles.
I got them trying to be the quick and easy option for dinner and suffered for it.

Now I make my own rissoles from scratch and try to buy un processed foods. Still sneak in a cheese burger every now and again, those yummy fuckers. eating healthy and changing what you eat is worth the effort. Hard to change habits and def harder when you have a heavy workload. I think everyone will benefit from moving away from processed and fast foods.

I try avoid MSG and most processed things. Unless you buying organic meat, most have things added as well. Also lots of things are not labelled properly or show all ingredients. It is crazy what government allows to be added to food..

I do not buy processed anything ( well ya know to get cheese there is a process LO I buy as fresh as possible and if the price is right, I can freeze the extra. We have Farmers' Markets and when the produce is coming in season I go there. Tonight it was baked chicken with spices and herbs out of the cabinet.
I am not attracted to sweets unless it might be cheesecake. So that cuts down on sugar and I ma very careful with salt

Msg is a major factor in aging ..the skin is whats affected most then the brain ..its a big deal reading labels...I order my beef from a farmer who has prime beef , i dont change providers because his beef is naturally fed and he always gives me a deal ..i just got 165 pounds from him for the summer bbq season...I eat steak and eggs for breakfast four times a week, tasty steak ..
