back at it

439cals burned in 30 mins. did a new<b> workout </font></b>#4 on the machine. went good. sweated quite a bit. im sure there are more fun ways to do that, but i had i good time. mood is a bit better today as well. hope to keep it going and get out more and meet some of you nice people who read these when i post. thx
