Trying to avoid the dreaded Covid-15!
Trying to avoid the dreaded Covid-15! 2 1/2 months into this disaster and I've stayed healthy and working. Trying to battle COVID-15 ---- the 15 pounds people self quarantining can easily gain !!! The biggest disruption to my life has been the gym closing! This was/is a MAJOR part of my life, going to the group classes every workday. I've found it is much easier to get a proper workout in with instruction, I'm a terribly undisciplined boss of myself. I'd worked so hard to drop 5 extra pounds I've been disgusted about for a couple of years only to have the gym close. After I'd finally gotten on track. So far I'm back up that 5, but struggling to hold ith there - and my roomie is not helping, just bought home the 2 pounds bag of peanut M&Ms! Oh----- and really miss the "social" aspect of the gym, all the gorgeous and interesting hotties that attend the classes. I should blog just on that angle - nothing like having a nicely assed chick bending over doing rows, pointing it right at me..... Anyway, hope you are winning your battle with COVID-15!!!! |
