Fitness and SEX

As you can plainly see, I'm very interested in fitness. What many have not taken stock in, it the benefits that a high level of physical fitness brings to the bedroom.
Things you MUST consider are the following.
1. Your heart is a MUSCLE! The stronger your heart is, the less effort it takes for it to MOVE BLOOD.
POP QUIZ!! 1. What makes a cock HARD? 2. What engorges nipples and clits? If you can answer these questions and you are NOT interested in physical fitness, you're missing out.
When you're with your guy/girl in a sexual congress. HOW LONG CAN YOU GIVE IT TO HIM/HER? If you're out of breath after first 5 minutes. Doesn't that seem a bit unfair(that about the time it gets GOOD)

Having said that, here is my suggestion for those who lack the time and or inclination to engage in a serious fitness routine.
You can improve your level of fitness by simply WALKING. Yes WALKING
If you can stake out 20 minutes to an hour at least 3 times a week and you can vastly improve your level of fitness.
IF you start to enjoy it, you can always do a little more gradually. This will improve the following, You body fat content(walking burns fat, Running burns sugar), You muscle tone will improve. The level of improvement depends on your commitment. You won't stress your joints and connective tissue, walking is low impact. And should you get into it, you'll find that your rendezvous with your MIRROR will become more and more satisfying!
There is no down side to this.
However, in our "microwave" society where people want results in a flash, Not going to happen. That is why there are so many millionaires that invented "FITNESS GIMMICKS". They prey on peoples laziness. Trust me, the guy on TV that's ripped to pieces DID NOT GET THAT WAY 20 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK! They are FITNESS MODELS! If you want to look like that, bowflex, bullworker, ab rocker, ab roller, gazelle and those "miracle pills" will only LIGHTEN YOUR WALLET!
For best results get a<b> workout </font></b>partner that has the same level or GREATER commitment to get fit. Working out is HARD, it's even HARDER when you're starting on your own.
