Like in every flu season, the number of infected and the number of deaths will increase, but also , so will people survive the flu.....just as there will be, and are, many more thousands who will survive the COVID-19 [aka China flu]. yes, many will survive, as usual. at least we HOPE so. but who is to say how many deaths are acceptable? you? i dont think so. and neither should you from your 1950s bomb shelter. trump? tragic that he cares more about posturing for votes. The numbers you show would be wonderful if they were true, I am sure you put proper number up but they did not stay, ( 42,432cases with 5 deaths) this IS a site fault and they should have been included in your first comment to remain a correct condition. It is bad and will get worse before it gets better, we all have hope that it will!!

Just over 1% mortality. Not saying those who die from this don't matter, only that in relationship to everything else it is minimal numbers dying and hopefully it will stay low. meanwhile, the people who quote the flus death count in the millions, and the people who say that this is "just another flu" apparently didnt graduate first grade, because if you add 1+1, it means millions could also die from this "just another" flu. lets hope it doesnt take until then for it to be taken seriously. even now, trump touts the "geniuses behind him" in a lame campaigning attempt to show hes "in control" while contradicting every other thing they say. he definitely puts the "moron" in "oxy-moron". meanwhile, millennials are flocking to the beaches and to "corona" parties because theres no clear single virus-management message from our "leader". our self-consumed, re-election-focused lying talking head.
