Something vs nothing

How is it that something can exist? And how is it that nothing can exist? Because something and nothing are simply two opposing forms of existence. Existence can change its form from something to nothing from nothing to something or from something to something else. Just as energy can change it's form to solid liquid gas or plasma. Just as energy cannot be created nor destroyed only change its form so to existence can neither be created nor destroyed only change its form.
