 Maybe it means the cows have suffered long enough to give humans milk so no longer can give any. Instead of having them put out of their misery the owner wants to make more $$$ and have them suffer more.
Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.
