 I have to believe a lot of guys forget who is in charge
these days.That sort of brain trust, which has to number in

 He obviously is self centered and doesn't understand his role here. My guess is he doesn't get many takers. To be blunt, he's an ass. He doesn't understand that by giving totally, he would receive more than he could imagine.
