Can You Always Spot A Come On (Pardon the Pun) Several weeks ago, I began chatting with this guy not far from where I live. We were both looking for the same attributes in one an other which was fantastic, right? We spent quite a bit of time chatting and getting to know each other's likes and dislikes, turn-ons and turn-offs, exchanged pictures, talked about professions, and where each of us lived, married, not married, etc., etc., etc. Things were going along real smoothly and we were getting around to arranging time to meet. And then one morning I saw he was online and I Instant Messaged him, but he wouldn't respond back. I thought, "Hhmmmm, that's strange, he always gets right back to me." So I waited a while and IM'd him again, but still no response. Then I figured, maybe he ran out of points and couldn't get back to me and asked him in my next IM to email me through the message board. But by the next morning, still no message. I saw he was online again, so I IM'd him and told him if he couldn't message me to call me and gave him my cell #. And, yes you've got it...no phone call. Normally, I can spot these guys a mile away...you know, the players. But this guy I thought was the one. I thought he was genuine, honest, and had a good heart. But, I guess I read him wrong. I know better next time not to open myself up like that again for anyone anytime soon unless they really prove themselves otherwise. What do you think? |

I don't know the full story, but you might want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Senior Sizzle seems to be forever tweaking access levels and privileges and it's possible he can't actually contact you anymore. Despite the notice I put in my profile, I still get emails from people who I just can't answer because I'm a standard member and Senior Sizzle blurs their messages to me. It's very frustrating. If that's not the case, then he might just be ignoring you, I'm not eliminating that possibility.

Well, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and perhaps he'll see my Blog. I've tried reaching out to him on so many levels and even left him my cell phone # to call if he couldn't message me back. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt and perhaps he'll have an explanation if he ever does get in touch with me again. Nothing else I can do at this point...Thanks Bud  have a great weekend!

Aahhhhhh, just so you are caught up...I'm back in touch with my guy Seems itsgottabe4fun was right, he was having trouble with Senior Sizzle's IM and Messaging Site and couldn't message back to me when I was trying to message him. Thank God.
