Sex and The Internet What did we do to meet people before the Internet? I married the first time right out of high school to a man that I worked with. After our divorce I met my second husband on-line (before you go there.... we got reacquainted on-line, we went to high school together). After 15 years the first time and 7 years the second time, I will admit, I am way out of the loop on how to meet people. No that there is anybody I work with that I would want to date, but dating a co-worker is pretty much taboo in my world. I am 40 years old, most all of my really good friends are married. So where do you meet members of the opposite sex? While I like this site and it has been fun to get an idea of what is out there, I find most men are just looking for sex. Nothing wrong with being honest about that. But I have to be emotionally involved to have sex with a person. I am a VERY sexual person, I love sex and want sex often, but not sure how to<b> meet men </font></b>and start as friends that may lead to sex. Anybody have any ideas? Am I just really naive? |

Nope, not naive, but the world of sex HAS changed quite a bit with the introduction of Chat, as it were. E-Relationships vary from the normal to the........abnormal, one might say. Not to worry, enough fish in the E-Sea to not be left out, you are only having the "dry-spell" that accompanies everyone sometime. As the E-world of sex/dating evolves, so do the things and people you see in these places, just be patient, since, after all, patience is free. One way to meet a man for friends first and sex secondly, is to just......Chat them up. It won't take but 3 sentences, or half an e-mail to figure out if they are right for you. Find a system and stick with it, weed out the ones you don't like, keep plugging away for the one you were looking for. Just like Vegas odds at the table, you will either win or lose, but you gotta roll the dice to find out......

There are gourmet meals, that take all day to prepare, and all evening to enjoy. Then there are micro-waves... You will never get one, from the other... the blogs are a good place to express yourself, and attract people who think alike, or people who are interested..( interesting ) To get to that openess and trust, we have to cover a lot more ground than attraction ( a preconceived notion ), and hormones ( a preconception notion ) Best of luck to you you WILL find what you see(k)
