nice post... no wasted words... not my fav sport... like auto racing, I wish they would do it in an "8" shape... as a young boy... I rode a race-horse... scared the crap out of me... I feel my heart pumping just writing this... my mom was dating a man who owned thorough-breds... we went to his house near the race track... there wasn't a handler for me and my ride... so, my horse decided to walk to the race-track and not turn around... when he hit the track, he shot off like a bolt of lightning... and the fastest minute of my life sped through my body... how many "our father's" were said during that minute I can't tell you... I nearly fell off... as he reached the path that brought us to the track, he slowed down... and, as if nothing had happened, he went into his slow walk... no, not my fav sport... happy mother's day!!!
