I am so hot and wet right now! Yesterday it was in the nineties, and humid. It's still warm in here. I can't wait for fall. I never much cared for the hot summer temps, and the bugs that come with them. It's nice to be able to walk around totally nude without being chilled, but not when you're going to be carried away by mosquitos. I think it's going to be a hot summer. On another note I still have a bit of my ear infection yet, but my cough is almost gone. Finally! Now I can actually think more clearly without the congestion in my head and chest. It's been a wild ride with this one. Coughing, sneezing, head and chest congestion, ear infection, all topped off with pink eye. My hubby tells me that when I get sick I go all out, and I think he's right on this one. My new job is still going well. I'm still learning all the details. There's a lot of small things that come together to complete one piece of my job. It's very technical. The running up and down stairs all day is still something I am having issues getting used to, but I'm sure I will in due time. Until then my legs and feet ache almost everyday. I like the job though. I hope it stays interesting like it is, and the people I work with are all nice and helpful. The one guy in the warehouse even smile at me when I walked past him and said "hi." Then he walked away. He must be shy or something. One of the girls I work with says that he's short with her when she asks him something, and she said that he's kind of rude when he talks. She didn't elaborate, but if he smiles when I say "hi" I think I'm doing good. Then are home all day now since school is out. I haven't had any me time in weeks. I love having them around, but still long for a small bit of personal time. The hubby is picking up extra hours at work so he's not able to take them anywhere lately, and I've been getting extra hours which leaves little time for me anywhere in there. I am so ready to just drop everything and drive up to the woods for a night. A cool night with a warm campfire sounds like a perfect remedy for what ails me, but it's been raining so much lately that it would turn into a wet night with my tent blowing all around. Those campouts aren't much fun. So that's my rants this week. I hope I didn't bore you all too much. I hope you are all doing well, and will write again soon.
