A Place Called Edison
Edison, NJ - It's where I grew up... (Central Jersey)

I always loved the location.
Within an hour or two drive...
I could be in or at The Jersey Shore, Mid-Town Manhattan, or the Pocono Mountains.

Loving History and Geography I studied the places I've lived.

It's where Thomas Edison came up with the phonograph and a commercially viable incandescent light bulb filament.

Menlo Park Shopping Center opened in September 1959, as an open-air complex. The structure was fully enclosed between June 1966 and December 1967. After the remodeling, it was renamed Menlo Park Mall.

Evan Paul McCartney's now wife is from Edison.

I lived in Edison, NJ from '58 to '79
In '79 I moved into Manhattan.

It's now raining outside - That's why no beach blog...

 Well now that your not living there I'm sure that it's the same ,, I can see their missing and angel and I'm sure they will never have another angel like you again ,, but it sounds like I nice place Holly I'm sure you had a lot of fun growing up there .

 jersey was a fun place to be I used to love all the old towns of north jersey but my love was always south jersey shore where my heart still is
