Working with Music - Part 4

Working with an Artist / Band that's outside of the United States.

The band wants to record their album in New York City, they decide to use our recording studio.

Once the master tapes are recorded and mix down is complete we send it off to the record company.

The band being out of the U.S. ...chances are good it's going to JEM Records. A major record distributor that was well-known for working with import labels.

I love and miss all the folks at JEM & Stiff Records.

So, why didn't you stay in that business?
It sure sounds like you were meant for it.

Left the Music/Recording industry in '84. Switched from Audio to Video. Went where the money is. Doing corporate video work in the Washington, DC area.

Going where the money keeps you afloat is often a tough decision but you surely have some good memories to share. Thanks

Looking back at my past experience and places I lived. I have fond memories of them all. Thank you!
