What is rm_?

Does anyone know what it means when a person's username begins with rm_? I keep seeing this my search results. At first thought that this meant removed but more and more this has been showing up on the first page of search results. One was even showing as being online. And then there was one profile that had rm_ rm_. What is up with this? I tried contacting customer but they never got back to .
Please don't let me be misunderstood.

I have been seeing that more and more as well and many have been what I would say were fake profiles that I saw them on.

I was wondering if it was a bot making up fake user names and always using that prefix.

Now I know what it means as well.
