when adultfriendfinder lets you down

we paid for 3 months worth of gold membership at the end of the year but about the start of the year our gold was gone leaving us with a very boring standard membership - no profile viewing,no video playback etc.
We paid $92 nzd for 3 months of standard...Awesome aye.
I finally got an email reply back from the help desk after quite a few emails over the last 30 days informing me they cant see my payment....christ they own/operate the site and dont know where to look...GO AND LOOK IN BILLING HISTORY....bloody hell
really hoping they sort all the time i have paid for and lost aye

 wow that sucks, this site has gone down hill, it seem like it is turning into a scam. I am glad my old billing info isn't active anymore so they can't bill me without me knowing, I can see a lot of lawsuits coming , but maybe they think people won't because they want to remain discreet. It is crazy what going on here.

 Agreed and I've been here forever and its really very very diff. The company has changed owners a couple of times then I received an email stating that a previous owner was back at the helm. When I began there was cybering in the chat rooms, there were room moderators, if needed , and females could view profiles without a gold or silver membership. Some of the old chat rooms don't exists, many profiles are fake,and ya can't do much without paying. The world of Senior Sizzle is ever changing ( sigh )

 after putting this up and a status stating same thing we woke this morning to having our gold back...but still lost a month of paid for gold though...if they want to keep this site running they need to take a look at their systems aye

 Passion, Senior Sizzle and Xmatch are the same company, plus we nbelieve others too. Had a lot of problems with them before but after issuing a notice to them the appear to have improves

Never give up, tha is what the want stay the course and get the to do it right
