 this is the only hug I have had in my life

in someways
its ice to have an emotional reference point of to what a hug feels like ~

its shame

im so deprived in some
ways
& yet so open
in others ways

im glad the real people I have met in my life

& Bear Grylls

they were kind to me ~
tiny breif moments
I think that is what I hold on to ~

"the feel of kind"

it is hard
trust is trust

&

its a shame the bad people have spoilt this century for us ~

until then

I hope other ladies in the next centuries to come
get further than I did
