Good Day Everyone

This year is about to end. I figure is perfect time to ask these two questions.

1. What has been your best experience, your happiest time or moment this year??

2. What has been your saddest/hard moment this year, What happen??

You don't have to go in to specifics , but is good to share a little. it can help others.

I Hope to read many of you in this post

Happiest Moment was when I returned here to this site in August 1st. cause I had done a lot of work to get there, coming back was like a reward, a vindication to me, setting a positive example to many out there. coming back was an approval to the good work that was put in. that an epic moment. I am still smiling.

Saddest or had moment: June 7th, When my friend James had to go. He had to relocate to another state because of his job, That was very sad and hard for me, cause he is my back bone. I'm still sad over that. but we still get to talk literally every day. that is the positive side of it. but I cried over him leaving.

My hardest moment the past year was was the election. Yes, that is boring but I just cant believe what we did there. LOL
The happiest moment was my first couples swap this year when I was dating someone. It was new, exciting and opened me to a new feeling for life!

It would be hard to top that day you came back, Thalia. That was a day of jubilation for me too.

I think putting my mom in the hospital for the second time was the worst. It didn't look like she was going to make it through the night. She survived, but it took a few days before she started to look better.

The happiest moment was finding you here on Senior Sizzle and being able to view your beautiful, exciting photos.
The worst would be loosing friends to death.
A very exciting moment in 2017 would be meeting you in person.

My best moment this year is kinda hard, there weren't too many good ones but I would have to say the gift bag I got from SPENCER'S for Christmas. My old toys are kinda worn out. The worst for the year is today. I found out Carrie Fisher died today. She was and still is one of my favorites. Jimmy B.

My blog JimmyB7474 is called Into The Woods (erotica) entertaining stories about a guy named Jimmy. Enjoy.

Best - meeting someone special..

Worst - sister had a tumour in her stomach, fortunately it was benign and removed with no ill effects.

Happiest-- Letting go of a failed relationship, that I had been hitting my head against a wall for years to try to make work.

My bridal horse Flash died-- I rescued him years ago. He had put 6 people in the hospital before we met... And I was given him as his last chance. We had much time together doing many things. I was his security blanket. He got his confidence from me. He was like my son. My tears flowing while writing this, show me that I have not let that loss go yet.
Awwww about your horse, I can sense your pain thru your writing. sorry

Have a picture of him?

The best part was meeting you and becoming your friend. I lost another god friend this year. As much as I'll miss them it was also beautiful passing. We were friends for almost 25 years. HE had cancer and I was also very close to his family. Because I'm a nurse he asked me to be there when he told his family. He knew that I'm a very strong believer in death or dying with dignity. In Joe's final days his parents, and siblings and I had many talks. I was honest with them and told them how they could make him comfortable while he was passing away. They did just that and passed away with dignity, and very peacefully in his sleep.

We have two lives, and the second begins when we realise we have only one - Confucious

Thanks Kzoo, it was an epic moment. All tho, I already new weeks prior to my arrival, that I was coming back. but I had to wait for some lose ends to be tie up before my arrival. It was my total pleasure to announced my entrance

Is good that your Mom is doing much better, I was worry about your own sanity those days.

I agree, losing friends is never good, especially to death, that is always hard and sad. I am sorry to hear that.

The happiest moment was when I accepted I loved my partner. The saddest is the job I once loved turned into a pile of managerial shite!

kzoo I second your elation at having Thalia back. Took guts, bravery, smarts and heart to do what she did and what she went through.
I sincerely hope you had a lovely family Christmas with your mother

Perhaps my best time was realizing I had freedom- I did not have to return to a work site that treats its loyal employees ( 15 years) like slaves/pieces of shit; and discovering I am able to survive financially and be happy with the situation.

The worst was telling a friend of over 50 years that she was no longer part of my life due to her chronic ability to lie to her friends and family and take money which was never repaid. A chronic user- the light bulb finally came on for several of us- very sad day

happiest - was getting the deck and gazebo finished this summer / fall, my swimming pool all summer with no water troubles, and an eye operation that saved the sight of my eye. (BUT)
saddest - would only be my eye dr said I may see distance with a new lens implant my surgeon didn't think I would. he was right, it was a chance to see again after 40 years of not seeing well we tried. my vision is a tad better see what the future bring. other wise life is good I meet you

That is beautiful, sounds like you had a good happy Christmas surrounded by family.

It is also excellent that you are listening to him, and being there when he needs you. is good that you didn't kept any anger in your heart, that says a lot about you as a person. never change, you have my respect sweet lady
