In the art of body modification we humans have found ways to increase our physical strength by using methods of weight training. We can increase our endurance with cardiovascular exercises.

A gymnast will modify their body's in order to become more flexible. A martial artist will modify their knuckles to become callused and hard.

If one was to look as the sexual arts as a martial art, they might seek ways to master their skills. One of the ways to do this is to modify your body.

You want to increase your endowment in size girth, and performance levels.
Being great in bed does not just happen to a few lucky guys. It takes work, and a special dedication towards self improvement. Smoking, or alcohol can greatly affect your performance negatively. It is wise to exercise regularly and be fit for high endurance activity.

as for the modification of the male organ, there are simple techniques that I use daily and have gained a much noticeable reward for my efforts. One way is to invest in a good penis pump. I prefer the electric one.

The most common mistake most men make right off is that they do not view it as a regular fitness routine such as one would view working out in the gym.
If your going to be serious about modification, you must be willing to do the work and be dedicated long term.

the second biggest mistake is that men tend to over do it. They will stick their cock into the vacuum, pump it up as much as they can stand, and leave it on for as long as they can stand. OUCH!! this is not only a bad idea, but it can be harmful. Even lead to erectile dysfunction!

That's the way to use your pump.

Always use a good water based none petroleum lubricant. It is good to wrap a hot towel around your shaft for at least 3-5 min in order to improve vascular circulation before beginning your exercise. Much like calisthenics to a runner. A good warm up routine. You must prepare for your workout.
The hot towel will open your arteries and allow for greater blood flow.

Now, when using your pump. do not over pump your devise and hold it for long periods of time. Instead, work up to it by pumping it up, and releasing the pressure. Do this several times until you have loosened up enough to increase vacuum pressure. I prefer the electric pump for this purpose.
With the electric, I leave the pump on continuous on low pressure. Let the pump do its work until you begin to feel a painful enough discomfort and then release the vacuum pressure, using the release button. leave the pump on still pumping. pump and stretch, then release.. pump and stretch, then release,
just like stretching a muscle. Do this about 20 min a day, once a day for about 3 weeks before increasing your workout.

Drink lots of fluids. No not beer my friend... lots and lots of water. Take vitamins, and jerk that monkey often to keep it in shape for sex. After you ejaculate, you might try using your pump again for just long enough to gain a fresh erection again. try to have two or more ejaculation each time in order to train your body to yield more testosterone to your system as well as to over come the one shot wonder syndrome.

l arginine and creatine are both over the counter supplements that in addition get that 'pumped' feeling during work outs, also have a similar effect on the penis...not to the extent that ed meds do, but each should do their own google search on the benefits.
