Hi Joy My health card is always good never have to worry about that. Had both shots last on was 3/5/21. Good to get that over with. When we get our shot card we need to take pictures of both sides and make copies. got that done. Have a good day Joy! Butch

Still waiting for the vaccine here. Regarding documents BEST BEFORE DATES, I remember, many years ago at the Airport, I helped an old man whose passport was expired and was not allowed to board his flight. It was late evening, and he had to wait until next morning so his country embassy was opened, and a new passport, or temporary permission, could be issued. Suddenly, the man was an unable to react, and felt completly lost. As my flight was delayed, I was able to helped him recover his already checked luggage, and explained how to get out of the airport. Hello from Australia  My Medicare card expires in 2024, and we get sent replacement cards. My Driver's Licence, however...I completely forgot about. It expired on the 8th January, and it was at the end of the month on a Sunday, as I was driving home, that I remembered that it needed renewing."That's OK", I thought, "It expired on the 25th, so that's just a week". No. The 25th is when I bought my first car, back in 1985! So, off to Service NSW on the Monday. Being diabetic and conscientious, I ticked the appropriate boxes, then was told that I needed a new Medical Report. Off I go to my GP, he draws the red stuff & says to come back the next day. Next morning I'm back. Full house and only him on. Two hours later he comes out and hands me the form. Back to ServiceNSW, hand the form in, wait, see a chappie who updates my details and prints a receipt that I can use if stopped by the police (RBT, RDT, that sort of thing). My new licence turned up a week later. All of the running around, of course, had to be done by public transport. No way was I going to drive! Luckily I have a train station near me, and there's one near the ServiceNSW branch That was fun

I get my second Pfizer shot on Friday. Once they finally were available, actually getting it us INCREDIBLY simple (by US healthcare standards). The local country government was giving them and the only thing I had to do was make an appointment, show up with proof of county residency (driver's license or such) and BOOM it was done - no charge. With needing to re-enroll every year, forgetting health insurance is not very likely around here. our drivers license is good for 5 years until age 75 then every 2 years. passports are good for 10 years our Alberta health card doesn't have expire date Best before date means best before but some can last longer but expiration date means expired...especially meds. We have had our first shot of Moderna!

I only chuck cans if they are "bulging" ...I have used canned goods 4 and 5 years old.
