Wow. That one touched a nerve. We used to play it. I sang backup harmony with two other guys. The lead singer nailed the main vocals. Such a smooth kick-ass beat. I used to get choked up on the kit if I watched people dance. I had to turn away... lol 😂 Yeah, I'm a baby. What a great song with great lyrics! An after midnight slow dance that always made people squeeze together so tightly — some, just draped over each other, afraid to let go.... in tears. In love, or drunk or both. Yep... We would always end on a much HAPPIER note, one that had the crowd up and wild dancing. But it would be in our last set. Damn... Started reading the comments on the video. Omg... tears 😭... ... which (after 20 plays) lead to Nickelback, Creed, Blink-182, Greenday, Avril Levigne, Linkin Park, Switchfoot... blah blah blah blah blah... I'll be there all day. lol 😂 😮 Wow. There was a lot of great music from that era.
