There is nothing wrong with taking a break. I personally think these two Bloggers are jealous of you. I thought writing a blog was a way to let people know and see who you are ,not daily points giveaways. I have written song lyrics before. At times I let the music speak for me and there is nothing wrong with that. These Bloggers should keep there mouth shut in my opinion. If you can't say anything nice then don't say anything thing at all. That rule holds true today. I wonder if they have some mental issues 🤔 Joy keep doing what you are doing and pray for them. Prayers my friend do get answerd. Hugs and love The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.

It's your space - take a break whenever you want to. Posting lyrics is no different than posting a quote, or meme, or joke, or a poem off the net; as long as one gives credit to the originator. Many bloggers use those props, daily. I have never seen anything wrong with you posting song lyrics. You always give the artist credit. If they are envious that you thought of doing it and they didn’t, TFB.

Trolling went out years ago. Evidently the message wasn't received by all. Those who still troll by habit are more than likely the people who have trolled with mega accounts also. Trolls are jealous of ya and try to get under your skin because they can't be superior to anyone without trolling. Nothing wrong with song lyrics. Well it’s not plagiarism if you attribute the song to the artist (or songwriter). But clearly the Things Dos want to make an issue out of nothing. They can do their own (cough) thing and let you be. I like to post song lyrics by artists not just to convey a mood but to also show my appreciation of the craft. I would never take credit for another’s work and I know you never have,Joy. You already know that you’re doing the right thing but it helps to have fellow bloggers speak up. In this era of uncertainty we should all be supporting each other and not cast stones. [image] Hello Joy, Happy Wednesday My Twin...I am one of the people who was there when Andrew brought blogs into being..and I remember a lot of people posting song lyrics, men and women and NO ONE complained or yelled at them.. I remember the abuse dept having to deal with members stealing other members work/text and claiming it as their own and several members were banned over this issue. Nassy, a dear friend of mine went through this problem and the site worked over time ( as it should ) to rectify the issue and restore her own words back to Her. I love seeing song lyrics from bloggers and their feelings about the songs.. I love Music !! and Love to see members sharing their love of music. I have included lyrics too . I guess what concerns me more is those who use photos stolen from other members here or off the web and do not even attempt to give credit to the original poster/user of the photos..( even though the original owner of the pix is not a member, give credit where credit is due..especially if the ones stealing are screaming about others in Our BlogVerse and song lyrics.. ). I will never understand the jealousy, fake member profiles to boost blogs, the endless abuse & insults..Is that the definition of a " Blog Hog ?" Personally. I don't see the point in posting lyrics.. one blogger does it all the time w/pics  ,,,,,,, like yummymummy posting her internet pics all the time  but hey.. different strokes for different folks and if you want to do it... who cares! I just skip that blog.. no biggie

Either messaging or commenting I tribute songs in my head we aren't making money off the lyrics, but rather sayings and meanings to fill each other hearts.. Is not hurting anybody, but rather helps them get by with Joy and enthusiasm where a dark soul may have been
