To Japanese response, I enjoy seeing woman in hardware section all dressed up with high heels having that puzzled look. I ask if they need any help "they almost always say more then you think" it even funnier as I go finish shopping they are in front of me paying. I then say did you find what you wanted. Just get a smile back. Then it the walk out to the to parking lot and we parked next to each other. One day i'ld love to say Do you need anyone to help you at home with that. Just to see if it gets me in the door.

Hello Joy! I can do almost all of the pluming work in my house and some others in the family. The last thing I did was to put in a new kitchen sink that took about two hours! Maybe someday you will get your MFM fantasy like I will get my FMF fantasy LOL!  Butch

I recently had to have my boiler fixed for the second time (same fault). There was a slow constant drip from a pipe and was told by the engineer that it was a common fault
