I am so sorry that happened to you my friend, I know you have asked her NUMEROUS times not to call you. Sometimes we just have to do what we must. And if she doesn't understand that then I don't think she was a true friend at all. Because TRUE friends wouldn't continue to disrupt your life in such a way especially as you stated you have asked her numerous times to stop. I hope your hump day is a wonderful one..xo  Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

I am fairly sure I know who you are referring to. I know others here who have had interactions with her. I had similar experiences and backed off from further interaction. But that didn't stop till I got rather frank with her. Sad really as she could be an interesting person to know. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

i had a friend like that once, always wanted your to respect her rules. But never respect yours. i did the same thing as you. i put an end to it and heard thur the grapevine the she was really upset....still telling you di i dont give a fuck about your feelings, cuz you dont about anyone elses...my life is good i am happy i have my kids and my 2 ex wives that i love dearly and the only ones who can interrupt my life....anytime. sorry people but they are my life....

It better be a fucking emergency if someone calls me after 10pm or before 5am. I don't care who it is, they're getting an ass chewing if they call between 10pm and 5am! I also do not answer the phone during dinner. If it's an emergency, I'll hear it when they leave a message. The phone is in MY home for MY reasons..... If one of my friends feels the need to talk and dump her/his problems on my lap, I'll be polite the first time, but if they start doing it all the time, they'll get the same message I give to anyone who can't solve their problems. "You know what to do, do it!" Needless to say, people don't call me to complain about their problems a third time!

I've always told friends, if you need me, don't hesitate. However, wasteful and continuous phone calls, no way. You are so right to be upset. Nighttime is MY TIME. Bud Always Ready for Fun.

I don't miss those 2-3am calls from her. She only thinks about herself and no one else. Then wonders why no one in her family will have anything to do with her. It has been a peaceful 3 years sine I blocked her out of my life. I hope your life becomes better with her gone. So nice to be insane; no one asks you to explain.

Well you gave this person one more chance than I did. I was g tting them at 2am-and 3am I was yelling " Do you not know what the fuck time it is here" for the 10th or so phone call after nicely trying to explain how disruptive and very unsettling the calls had become- ZAP My land line got changed when same person asked for my number again , sorry I had to be a real Beeotch. My house phone is for my convenience, my family, my off site friends in real life. It is not of late night rants about someone else's personal issues while loaded with meds or alcohol. You posted about her - was a blogger, red hair, in Vancouver area right? If she talked about me, kinda doubtful but, she might have bad mouthed me. Had my share of these kinds of calls on various times of my life, with various "friends" , and truth be told, don't miss them at all You did what you could my lady Afterwards , only professional help can work Cheers Sparkles P

I don't get those types of calls. Most of the calls I get are from tela-marketers trying to sell me something. Most of the time it's an extended warranty for the car I don't own.
