I've never seen a Canadian accent top a poll like that before! That's a new one to me. I've had two lady friends from across the Irish Sea (one north of the border, and one south - no not at the same time) and thoroughly enjoyed listening to their accents, and making fun of each other's local dialects/pronunciations for certain words. Thank you kindly.

I noticed early that my parts vendors from Nova Scotia pronounced it "sore eee" where here it sounds like "saw ree". My ex would get aroused listening to Italian. I used to be very drawn to a SE US accent, where Georgia is pronounced "Jo Ja". Listening to someone speaking French or German makes me want to punch them.
