The only problem I have had with bending was when I picked up a heavy object, by correctly bending my knees. I split my trousers from front to back. Luckily I was near home and could get a new pair.

Hope the ultrasound gives a clear indication of the problem.

Hi beautiful
Love the picture your legs are beautiful!
I have had problems with my knees but not as much for a long time. They both are very loose moves sideways to much form sports I would guess. My left knee would get a ligament out of place was very painful! I could get it back in place by myself. This happen when bending at the knees. Knock on wood they both been doing very good, love wood in the morning like today lol!

I tore a ligament in high school playing ultimate frisbee. Landed badly, had one of those long braces and crutches for what seemed like ever. Good luck on your healing.

I hope and I pray for a Hester to win just one more "A", the sadder but wiser girl for me.

Sprained my MCL & damaged the major nerve in my leg playing football after university. Some say I was lucky, because the damaged nerve meant no pain. I could sprint in a straight line, but would fall over if I tried to turn at speed; my lower leg would swing out 10 degrees to the side if pushed. Too much swelling prevented an expert from making any treatment assessment. 3-4 weeks on crutches 'til I got bored & started walking on my own. Wore a knee brace for 2-3 weeks after, then for a couple years when partaking in any physical activity. I hardly think of it anymore.

Fingers crossed for a good report this morning. Lemme know!

Good Morning JOY

Since an auto wreck back in the 70's, I have had some occasional pain and stiffeness in my right knee! After twisting it a few weeks ago, I probably favoured it by putting more weight on my left, now I am getting pain in that one too

Hope you get well soon my friend

Same problem after years of hockey injuries. Recovery time is usually short but painful. You might have to find a new favorite position while you heal!

I hope you feel better soon. I had total right knee replacement 2 years ago. It was a good 12 week recovery, but felt much better about 7 weeks out. But still to this day I don't like kneel on it. So it has changed some options for sex. I am back to cycling and skiing with no issues, but kneeling feels fake and numb.
BTW, I have enjoyed about 12 or those on the chart..

I cycle which means less impact on the knees compared with something like jogging. And despite a few accidents on the bike, I've not suffered too much, thankfully.

Keep at it, hope it sorts itself out soon.

The medical term for my fluid was "Bursitis in the elbow "!

A few of those positions but not all.10 actually..thanks for posting the chart...LOL
Other than some minor knee twinges, some took a long time to heal, I have been fortunate with knee injuries. One knee injury happened on a down hill slope while running another happened on a 15 mile run...about the 10 mile mark the knee must have been twisted slightly on a step...the next 2.5 miles were difficult...the last 2.5 I rode in a car...LOL I was unable to run for a few weeks. I still made the Crim 10 mile run that year. That year I was trying to break my best mile time of 8 minutes and 18 seconds per, I failed that by 5 seconds a mile. That year I was shooting for a flat 8 minute mile. I have run that race 5 times.

I hope your knee heals well and function like it use too. Give yourself plenty of time to for that knee to heal. Tendons and bones don't heal fast.
My brother slipped landed on concrete with his knee and until some minor surgery, the knee was always a pain.

I hope all goes well with your ultra sound today my friend and you have to remember the older we get the longer it takes for us to heal, but I know I don't have to remind you of that. This is why I told you to leave your medical open because this might take a while to heal especially since you are back to work..

Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Joy, there are a couple of combinations of Homeopathic medicine that will repair ligament, sorry I can't remember what they are.

Hi Joy.

sorry to hear about the knee issue...

but... you have to be thankful... that you are not pushing up daisies...

there is that other big consideration...

just sayin'...

I've not messed up my knees... but, I did break my left arm... and, my left wrist in two separate accidents...

you begin to appreciate having all that you know all of the time... once something is amiss...

just sayin'...

this might just do in a pinch...

touch your toes .... hmm...

Tifa – "Bend Mi Over"

(Chorus)
Just want a man grab mi and bend mi over
Bubble mi body till mi eye roll over
Yupp am feeling bad
Physically mi waan gallan bad
Wooy a waan touch mi toe, waan touch mi toe
Bubble like I just don’t know
Waan touch mi toe, Waan touch mi toe
Wine mi out a mi shoe

(Verse 1)
Stop, meck a position, face paw ground
Back it up inna the air
Bwoy sit down inna saggle like Jackie you no fear
When mi move mi waist inna circle
And spread out, dash it out pon a man
Tic, toc, drop it and model pon a gyal
Mi a the dancing machine
Bubbling queen
So from him fling hi gimmi
Mi wi fling hi back gi him

(Repeat Chorus)

(Verse 2)
Stretch mi muscle and gyrate
So bwoy pop mi ship like a pirate
A roll left, right, left, right
Wooy what a wining sensation
Wooy what a bubbling penetration
Wooy cyaa keep concentration
Wooy when mi a back it up pon a man..."

Dear Joy,

I am praying/hoping for the best for you. ..I hope the UltraSound shows what is going on & if you need the MRI..I've had them and they will show The Dr exactly what they need to help in your diagnosis. #MyFavPepperpot will always be YOU.
