His Creative Word Choice A Poem

He made me smile
And laugh
With his creative
Word choice.
I found them
To be so apt.
I asked if they
Were original.
He said as far
As he knows.

I dare not give away
Those precious gems
Of his vivid imagination.
In fact I almost hope
I forget them
To have them new
And fresh if he were
To use them again.
My memory is not
What it once was
So this very well
Could happen.

I look forward to more
Of his vivid depictions.
His creative word choice.
I hope there are many
Many more come.
Making for quite
The delightful conversations.
