Reference To His Wonderful Fantasy A Poem

The night needed marking
For it's significance.
I couldn't let it go
Without making a reference
To the wonderful fantasy
Someone wrote for me.
He was detailed
And specific.
He made it coincide
With my birthday
The fantasy containing
His making a dinner
Not sure if that was
The main course
Or what followed
By nature.

It made for a night
That was lonely to start
And a mood that was gloomy
To one with many smiles
And laughs
As I imagined his scenario.
Ah to have such an afficiando!
Much much closer
Then we could make real
And then add material
To writings in the future.
