Recalibrate. A Poem

A blah and rainy day.
Its the thirteenth.
But its a Thursday
So its less ominous
You could say.

I had plans meet
Friends for food
And a drink
But my head
And neck ache
And medicine
Has barely made
A dent in my pain.

So I will rest
And recuperate
Or perhaps I should
Refer it
As recalibrate
As a change
Needs be made
In my mood
And outlook.

 time to recharge yourself
if your don't feel yourself no cense doing more harm
there always tomorrow your friends will be there for you
you will have a much better out look when your feeling better

 Just remember bad moods and feeling do not last forever. Say positive things to yourself whether you believe it or not. It helps.
