Hope Someday I Get It Right A Poem
Hope Someday I Get It Right A Poem Would my love have mattered? If it were spoken And felt Instead of kept to myself? Would my love have given You more to live for? Now I think I lost out. As you are gone forever. It was hard for me I couldn't be encumbered. I wanted more for my life Not to become a caretaker Like I had been For so many years For my mother. I am selfish. And full of guilt. That I did what Was the least I could. I became your friend. And at that at times I could have been A so much better one. I could have been there When you were all alone. I could have helped You out in so many ways. But I did not. I had something else to do Or came up with Some excuse. I would ask For your forgiveness. But that is not possible. I will just go on knowing That I make mistakes In life and love And hope someday I get it right. And somehow find Someone who can Look past my flaws. This is not related to my previous poem as a subject. I lost my friend who I feel guilty about not doing more for...I could have loved him and that might have made for a less painful and lonely end. Independently Romantic Sounds Better Than Lonely

Hey Darlin, We all have scars, marks and tattoos from life, we’ve all made mistakes and we all have regrets. These are the things that define us as people. You wouldn’t be the beautiful person you are know without those mistakes. Sinfully Yours backpocket13

I am sure your friend appreciated all the time you spent with him. I am willing to bet he felt better with you in his life than he did before and in the end that's what matters.
