What did May bring?
Well surgery is what brought.
Wrist - my left and I am a southpaw 🤦🏻‍♀️

Torn ligament a cyst tissue and bone damage..
Don't ask.. Dumb reason how got this.
Hurt the wrist in Jan but tried conservative healing - splint and restricted movement.
Might have worked if I wasn't caregiver mom.

4mths<b> pain </font></b>and suffering I said ok Doc, you win.

Recuperation now then physio... Life has changed.
Can't take my wrist for granted anymore.
