When this sort of thing happens it's usually a portent that some new gimmick or change is coming......

I saw it when it was posted. My bet would be another glitch.  my end is nigh Nah it ain't THAT big.   When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Yeah, I've had that too - make a post which is seemingly entirely invisible, find it has more posts on it than there are blog watchers.  But I'm not able to find it anywhere on the Recent Blog Posts list or even on the Browse By Location list. So where did it end up?

La....i see it on the big list. On my puter its on page 2....almost to the end of the page. 11:17 p.m...u wrote or it post...." Your not the Best. 2 things i learned from that...1. as you said....he is dealing with the wrong women and 2. after you said that, walk away.....as he clearly was needing attention. Do Not Engage The Nonsense...lol Tsk tsk at him...at his age he should know better. If he thinks thats the best....well....doesnt say much for him now does it ~~

Firstly, I really don't think there's anything sinister in this, beyond the usual glitches. I've seen it happen to a few, including the person you refer to, in the last couple of days. Irrespective of what I want to hear, it's not my place to try to stop anyone saying anything that isn't in any way offensive. And anyway, I know you, you'll say it! I'm in no way averse to hearing things I don't want to hear, things that challenge my way of thinking are always welcome.My 'friend' (she might just have chucked me  ) is one of the most genuine people I'll ever know, her motives are in every case the right ones as far as I can see. I can also see that things might appear a bit one-sided. I don't know what to do about that. I think there's a huge element of propaganda by the person she supports. For example, it's not unusual for posts to be doctored some time after the initial offence has been cause, or for comments in disagreement to be removed so that it appears that no one disagrees with her, how could they possibly?? The other problem too is that people who have been mortally offended rarely come back to speak up, they just disappear, because well, they just can't be bothered. So all that my friend sees is one rosey perspective against what seems to be attacks from others (me included - I'm not proud of some of the more recent language I used). So I can see why my friend might pick up the wrong end of the stick, and why things might then appear one-sided.But the bottom line here is that if we don't take the sting out of the situation, and soon, we'll lose this community altogether. One either cares about that, in which case we try to work together to find a reasonable outcome for the majority, or one doesn't care, in which case, it's good bye ville of blogs. Me, I care........even though, well, you know my general intentions in the not too distant future.

Oh, I know who you're yelling at and what you're yelling about. And while the yelling is justified, it rarely has the desired effect......funnily enough, when I tried to point that out to the offending article a couple of weeks ago with my usual crap sarcasm, and in the nicest possible way, I got a tirade of abuse and we all got a post shouting about why it's good to shout. Oh well...... The main thing is to try to stay calm, something I've not been very good at this last wee while........and so, breathing deeply, I am trying to find ways to enlighten people as to the bad behaviours of the offending article without making it sound like a criticism of the people who need to be enlightened. Me shouting about it doesn't help though. I hope that makes sense? The post you've directed me to really helps, consider it delivered.
