Time to celebrate the Day the Music Died.
Starting a week from tonight it will be the Dance Party Weekend. Where we celebrate the memory and music of Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, and( J.P Richards) The Big Bopper. At the place they last placed The Surf Ballroom. A 90 mile drive for me.

This year we have Wanda Jackson , Martha Reeves. The Coasters, and Matthew and Gunnar Nelson(Rick Nelson's sons) among the entertainment for the 3 nights.

I will be down front stage enjoying the music as I have been the last 10 years.

 I think we have lost a lot of good music people over the past few weeks. I think they will live on for ever hugssssssss V

Yes we have lost some great singers and musicians this last month. Their music will indeed live on just like Buddy, Richie, and Bopper.
