Orgasms are a pain

I find it frustrating sometime just how hard it can be to have a full orgasm with the medication they have. I guess it is all a welcome part of transition and all but at the same time I just want a good cum. Myself and others have tried lots of things to try and resolve the issue. Granted, I am sure if I had time to setup a full whips and<b> chains </font></b>and fuck machines me and a few friends could get me off in no time. Still, the matter is for the daily girl routine I don't have time to set all of that up.

Total off subject part: I am currently listening to Leonard Bernstein conducting his own compositions 'Candide Overture'. I have to say it has to be in the top 10 of my all time favorites. Not sure what it is exactly that draws me to it the lightness from the bells and piccolo, or the swooping sounds of the strings as the sing through the underlining melody only to be assisted by a brass section fit for the entrance of a king.

Now that is all out of the way, I wish there was a better way to achieve a true orgasm, other than straight elbow grease literally .lol
