AFF going down hill

I have been a member for some time now and I have a gold membership until June 2016, Will I renew? I think it is not likely as the new rules were applied standard members can no long read emails if I try to contact them, instead now I would have to spend more money for them to be able to read and view my profile. Along with IM not working properly and lately I can't view all profiles as sometimes when I click to view one it goes to not a member join now page (although I am already a gold member). When contacting Senior Sizzle I always get a standard reply to<b> upgrade </font></b>or add another browser.
You would think you shouldn't have to change browsers and the replies make no sense as it is obvious they do not read the issues.
I sent an email about a month ago about the IM still not working for me and the new issue of not being able to view all profiles and stated in the email I am already a gold member and I do not want to change browsers so don't even mention changing the browser.
The reply I got was to<b> upgrade </font></b>to view profiles, change my browser to one they recommend and to update java (which is the most recent java already) So that reply (which isn't the first email I sent and got pretty much the same replies word for word) tells me they do not read emails from members and the customer service for this site really sucks and they just want your money and don't give a shit what problems the site has.
As for the other reason I probably won't renew is I have got flirts from some that when I contacted them stating I was confused as to why they flirted with me (both men and women) they stated they did not flirt or hot list me which means flirts and hot list go out randomly from Senior Sizzle. Seems a lot of profiles on here are fake and not really to many people really want to meet, just players or fake profiles and not just this site but friend finder, out personals and ALT (which are all in conjunction with Senior Sizzle)
I am sure I am not the only person with these issues as I have seen profiles complain their IM wasn't working as well as other complaints. With the amount of money spent on memberships from everyone here and the amount of money they make I would think they would be more personal with replies and wouldn't have as many issues with the sites they have. Just another money scamming dating site. With that said they won't be getting me to renew my membership.

 THIS SITE WORKS GREAT. I HAVE FUCKED OVER 100 WOMEN FROM HERE. I HAVE MET SOME GREAT PEOPLE ON HERE. I'M IN GROUPS THAT HAVE ACTIVE MEMBERS THAT LIKE TO MEET FOR FUN.....I DON'T GET INTO I-M OR CHAT SO I DON'T HAVE THOSE ISSUES. I MAKE A CONNECTION, WE MESSAGE, WE EXCHANGE NUMBERS, WE MEET AND FUCK....IT'S VERY SIMPLE....SORRY YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE BUT THIS SITE ISN'T FOR EVERYONE....GOODLUCK.

 I have a great time on here it works for us and no hipcups. Sad to see your having problems. Did you ring or complain to the site?
