vacation or should i say staycation

its finally that time! yes staycation! i cant go anywhere but i can't wait to not have to get up at the butt crack of dawn to stagger to my home office and clock in. yes its stay in bed and watch the sun come up from my comfy bed instead of at my desk. a leisure meander into the kitchen for a cup of joe, take a look at my personal emails instead of work crap. then shower and decide whats on the agenda for the day.

maybe a stroll to the river before the sun comes out to bake.
maybe weeding the my veggie patch.
maybe tidying up my flowerbeds.
or just picking up my paint brushes and my paints and driving for a hunt for some inspiration to paint something on a canvas.

who knows. the future is never a given. but i cant wait to see what fun i can have!

 Funnily enough, I'm off on a staycation too from tomorrow night, to a remote part of the world where there's no internet and the tiniest of phone signals.....bliss, all going well for about 10 days......

Get them patches weeded McWitch, you need to grow some magic herbs!!

LOL My landlord wants to move the veggie bed. Dammit!! I may have to start over. Thank goodness it stays hot here practically into November.

 Lots of us on more or less permanent staycations at the moment but yes I do hope you enjoy yours. Spending quality time looking after the veggie garden sounds like a good idea followed by a nice enjoyable wander round the countryside. Not much to quibble about that should find it very relaxing. Change of scenery will do you the world of good no doubt.

 Now that things are going back to normal a bit. You need to pack up your paint and canvas got paint your hart out.. have you tried painting nudes?
