Start of my Blog
Start of my Blog I said to myself- "Self, I should start a blog." So here goes... I restarted my home workout program today. I have a weight bench, dumbells, and weights at home and the program also includes bodyweight exercises. I've got my computer and speakers set up for workout music. Water, pre-workout, and protein are all close at hand. I did the program for 3 months then stopped so I could concentrate on exercise that specifically helps with my bi-annual Air Force Physical Fitness Test- specifically running, pushups, and sit ups. On June 7th I passed the test. I don't do as well as others but passing is all that matters to me. I got an 82 on a 100 scale with a 70 required to pass. This week I've been getting a lot done each day. Today is going that way too. Sleep in (8am) / stretch / workout / shower / start blog / attend charity/social event with motorcycle club (which will last Noon through dinnertime) / after that? Notes: I will try to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar, but I do have my own style of writing. I can't say now how often I'll post entries, but we'll see. Aguyforx |
