Short story Sequence Shenanigans Hi Sandra! Before I do anything else, allow me to express my gratitude for your having taken the time to read my short story "Sequence Shenanigans" and commenting about it. The answer to your question is: no--it's nothing more than fantasy I WISH was true. It's based upon some things from "my world": I actually do enjoy playing the board game Sequence, I've competed in Portland Marathons with 10,000 registrants, in recent years the percentage of women athletes taking part in the event has risen to 60% (which pleases me A LOT, especially when the weather is such they're comfortable running in their sports bras and shorts) and I had a pleasant conversation with a beautiful Finisher in the midst of a very-busy Portland Hilton hotel lobby--but that's where it ended--an enjoyable talk. She left her jacket open, and her navel was cute, but it's YOUR tummy that makes me sigh with satisfaction when I behold your photos, Sandra. Just sayin'. You ROCK.
