Red pepper
Red pepper 上海で食べた唐辛子と山椒の炒め物。 生涯で一番辛い料理だったかも。 実は唐辛子より山椒の方が下が痺れる ぐらい辛い。 This<b> photograph </font></b>is the stir-fried dishes of red pepper and prickly ash which I ate in Shanghai. Possibly this dish was the hottest in my having eaten till now. The prickly ash is hotter although red pepper looks pungently as for appearance. Although this dish seemed to be the punishment, it was delicious. |
