"3 reasons why a person........
I had a job I liked. There wasn't much advancement, or opportunities, but I did it. I worked with a friend, and I was second in charged behind him. I didn't make much time, I was OK with it. The placed I worked decided to hire a contractor to do the job, and I got moved somewhere else.

I was mad, they did me a favor, I walked and got a better job. It was an entry level job. This was nice, but something even better open , this time, I got lucky! I was 37 and it was time to get a job with benefits and retirement. Again, I stared off a entry level, the new company. Then after a while, I got another job within the company.

This job was 10X better than what I was doing. But eventually the company close shop and we got put elsewhere, with not enough college, I got put in Transportation. Over there is the one thing, I really don't like to do! There's a reason why or a method to the madness!

What is it? It's not illegal, but I have a phobia about this part of the job. When I do other things in the job, it's not bad and I love coming to work. But one thing I dislike, If I had to do Regularly. I was going trying to bid on other jobs but I have no connects and I was even considering retirement and work for another company.

So, the "3 reasons why a person might leave their job" . Is! First someone might not like what they do. Second, they might have a phobia about something about the job. Third , or worst they might have a fear doing task.

 Happy Hump Day my friend good reasons here, I think we should all have a job that we love to do as it's no fun if we don't enjoy what were doing..I hope your day is a good one..
Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

 I used to love my job but I left it to take care of my husband as he was terminally ill....I decided not to go back when he died but look after the grandkids instead.
