"The month of March."

March comes from Latin Martius. The first month of the Roman year, named after the Roman god of war, Mars. He was regarded as a guardian of agriculture and had two sons Romulus and Remus.

There are some significant things that happened in March.

*2nd of March, Texas declared independence from Mexico, in 1836.

*2nd of March, King Kong, the motion picture, premiered in New York, in 1933.

*3rd March, Star Spangled Banner adopted as National Anthem of the United States, in 1931.

*March 7th, Alexander Graham Bell receive a patent for his telephone, 1876.
*March 10th, Alexander Bell first phone call.

*March 15, Julius Caesar was assassinated by a group of nobles that included Brutus and Cassius, 44 BB. This event happen on the ides of March.

Also in March, Leprechauns. Leprechauns is derived from an Irish word Leipreachan, defined by Patrick Dinneen. They are an Irish folklore, they are old men, in a green coat. Who are pranksters. Love money, and cheap, little tight asses. The rumors are, that they hide their money at the end of a rainbow, if you find their money you might have to fight them, they say they are the size of a baby, with a beard, so if you get into a fight with one, you should be able to take him. If they get caught by a human, the Leprechaun has magical powers, and will grant you three wished if you let him go. So if you catch one, let the little guy go!

Also in March is St. Patrick's day. Celebrated every year on March 17th. Most commonly-recognized, patron of Saint of Ireland, Saint Patrick. (AD 385-461)

So in the end, some significant events happened in "The month of March".

Why can't you borrow money from a leprechaun?
Ans: Because they're always a little short.

Why are Leprechauns so hard to get along with?

Spring is just around the corner.. Soon as I get back from Mexico it will be April..
