me voici aujourd hui le 27 avri 2014 ,mon but est presque atteint maintenant ,je ne suis plus qu a perdre 2 lbs ,182 sur la balance ce matin ,j aurai perdu en tout42 livres et depuis mai 2013,66 livres.

Je pense que tu dois déjà commencer à ressentir du mieux être : moins de soucis de respiration en particulier.
