 Kinda depends on what each of you are looking for.

Sounds to me like a conversation is in order.

The hard part is, do you talk about it before or after the sex?

 It sounds like you do not have a FWB relationship, more like a booty call. FWB says FRIEND with benefits. There has to be some basic relationship where you can actually speak to each other, sometimes go to dinner or a movie or something besides just them dropping in when they have some spare time and fucking, then leaving.
The issue here is defining what you want and then deciding if this person is meeting those needs. Sounds like they don't care enough about you to be considerate of your time or value you as a person. And you should be valued first as a person, then valued as a sexual partner. Just because you enjoy sex and are open about it does not make you a drive through. There are enough decent men around that will spend time with you, even in a FWB agreement, where you are not just a last minute fill in, but a planned and scheduled fun time doing what you both want and need from the deal.

 I would think right after the first time it happened.
The nature of this site breeds that sort of mentality.
