 An evolution of the tantrum a 3 year old throws when he is told no. Larger vocabulary, same maturity level. Telling a woman what you are going to, or can, do to her rarely gets a guy anywhere. Making her wonder what you can do because your words have intrigued her, that's a whole other matter. Then she just may ask to meet you.
